Stainless fastener kits to replace rusty fasteners on older-model Ducatis.
Kit 1 – 750-900SS 91-98 = $40 – DISCONTINUED
A highly detailed 99-piece grade A2-70 stainless steel hardware kit for pre-1999 Ducati 900 & 750 bikes. Fits 1998 and earlier bikes. Replaces the stock fasteners on the following components: front and rear fender, side fairing, front fairing, seat cowl fairings, fuel tank mounts, throttle cable housing, ignition housing, brake reservoir cap, clutch reservoir cap, turn signal housing, windscreen with nylon washers, lower fairing mount with nylon washers for full fairing bikes, rear tail light, front and rear turn lens covers, chain guard, brake and clutch lever mounts, rear brake line mount and the rear brake line reservoir mount.
Kit 2 – 800/900/1000 SS from 99-07 = $40 – DISCONTINUED
A very thorough 111-piece hardware kit in grade A2-70 stainless steel to fit the 1999 and later 900SS. Replaces the stock Philips-head fasteners on the the controls, fenders, rear brake master cylinder, rear brake reservoir and line, turn signals, most fairing mounts with nylon washers, heal guard, chain guard & guide, windscreen with nylon washers and much more. We also have the correct M5 wellnuts available separately if you’re windscreen requires them.
Kit 3 – 2 Valve engine replacement bolts = $40 – DISCONTINUED
A 106-piece grade A2-70 stainless steel hardware kit to fit the Ducati 2 valve belt drive motors like the 900, 750, Monster, and Pantah. Replaces the stock bolts around the right and left engine halves, clutch cover, flywheel sensor, sprocket cover, slave cylinder, cam covers, oil cooler mount, tachometer drive, valve covers, oil lines, and all the cam belt cover bolts. Kit works for 1991 and up 2 valve belt drive motors. Kit also includes 5 extra screws for water pump housing for the newer water cooled bikes. Kit does not fit the DS or 4 valve motors.
Kit 4 – ST2/ST4/ST4S from 1997-2003 = $50
A 130-piece A2-70 stainless steel hardware kit including a pair of large fairing washers. Replaces the stock fasteners on the the controls, front fender, rear brake master cylinder, rear brake reservoir and line, turn signals, tail light, windscreen, fairing mounts with nylon washers and much much more. Kit is sorted to fit the ST2 and ST4 bikes. Kit also includes two large stainless steel side fairing washers. Once you install the ST stainless kit the stock fairing washer is going to look terrible next to the stainless screws so we decided to include them in the kit. Some photos below will give you an example of what the stainless washer will look like with the our stainless kit.
Kit 5 – 748/916/996/998 from 1994-2003 = DISCONTINUED
A 203 piece grade A2-70 stainless steel hardware kit to replace many stock fasteners on the awesome 998, 996, 916, and 748 superbike. Replaces the stock windscreen screws, nylon washers, and small wellnuts, side fairing screws with wellnuts, and fasteners on the hand controls, front fender, rear brake master cylinder, front brake reservoir cover, exhaust mounts, heal guard, oil cooler, chain guard & guide, license plate, clutch cover and much more. This fastener kit is a hand picked match of the stock hardware only duplicated in attractive and durable stainless steel. Buyer need only have some motivation and patience, basic wrenching skills, and of course a metric allen tool set.
Kit 6 – Multistrada 620, 1000, 1100 = $40
A 149-piece A2-70 grade stainless steel hardware kit designed specifically for the Ducati Multistrada. Replaces the stock fasteners on the the windscreen (including wellnuts and nylon washers in black or clear), clutch and brake reservoir covers, mirror mounts, handlebar, headlight fairing, passenger grab rails, rear sets, rear shock adjuster mount, bar ends, sprocket cover, gas cap, rear brake master cylinder, license plate and much much more. This stainless bolt kit pretty much includes everything on your Multistrada that is safe to swap out in stainless.
Kit 7 – DS1000 Engine = $30 – DISCONTINUED
A 65 piece A2-70 stainless steel hardware kit designed just for the Ducati DS1000 motor. Replaces the stock fasteners on the the right and left engine cases, clutch cover, crank turning cover plate, clutch slave cylinder mounting, plastic or carbon belt covers, all valve covers, cam covers, and the cam inspection plug. This bolt kit pretty much includes everything on your DS1000 that is safe to swap out in stainless.
