Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Maintenance Guides and other books, once opened, are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are not -granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please contact us should you wish to return a product. Under normal circumstances this is typically granted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several days upon receipt of the items. Refunds are based on the price charged for items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer also pays for return shipping. Returns sent with “signature required” will incur an additional return charge due to costs of driving to post office for pickup.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any returns unless agreed upon by the seller. This includes the processing fees that are not returned to us for any transaction (See Order Cancellations below). Returned items sent with “signature required” will incur an additional fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or closeout items cannot be refunded.
We only replace/exhange items if they are defective or damaged. We maintain the right to refund rather than perform exchanges.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on your sales receipt:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you place an order and wish to cancel it, your order will be refunded MINUS the processing fee we are charged. That’s right, recent changes by the money-grubbing credit card processors include them keeping the fees charged to us for any order, irrespective of whether the customer then decides to cancel the order. This is typically 3.5%. We have no problem doing all we can to fulfill orders, but we shouldn’t have to pay for customer cancellations. That’s not part of “doing business”.
