Desmo Times accepts exchanges of NEW shims. Unfortunately we cannot exchange used shims.
If you purchased a shim kit from me+ , and have new shims from the kit that you’d like to exchange (typically unused ones that you likely won’t need from the shim kit), just mail them to the address on the contact page. The cost for return postage changes due to shipping rates. I will bill upon receipt of your shims for either ground or priority USPS shipment. Indicate the sizes you need with a note included with your shim return. If you need 5 shims, mail in 5 unused ones from the shim it. I do not issue credits for other products, but if you want to mail in the shims and are placing an order for additional items I can include the shims in with your new order to save shipping costs.
