Desmo Times accepts exchanges of NEW shims. Unfortunately we cannot exchange used shims.
If you have new shims that you’d like to exchange (typically unused ones that you likely won’t need from a shim kit purchase), just mail them to the address on the sales receipt. The cost for return postage is $5 for USPS ground or $10 for USPS priority mail. Indicate the sizes you need with a note included with your shim return. If you need 5 shims, mail in 5 unused ones from a shim it. We do not issue credits for other products, but if you want to mail in the shims and are placing an order for additional items we can include the shims in with your new order to save shipping costs.
