Description
Most Ducatis since 1990 use the same fuel sensor unit. The sensor attaches to the fuel tank with a plastic nut that cracks over time. When this happens, a fuel leak results. Instead of replacing the whole fuel sensor, you can order this billet fuel sensor nut as a replacement. Simply use a pick to remove the connector leads from the electrical connector, slide off the old nut, slide on the billet nut and reattach the connector to its leads. Reuse the stock rubber oring.
NOTE1: look on the bottom of your fuel pump flange to see if your sensor uses this large nut. Later model Ducatis after circa 2007 did not use this nut.
