Shipments and Tracking

Desmo Times changes shipping options depending on the cost and availability. At present here are the options:

  • Domestic Shipments (within the USA) – US Postal Service Ground, Priority or Express
    • NOTE: USPS Ground tracking only indicates package pickup and delivery.
  • International Shipments (outside the USA) – Global Post and UPS Expedited

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information is sent to customers at time of shipment. Most shipments occur within 24 hours other than vacations/holidays
  • Customers are encouraged to check their SPAM filter in case they haven’t received their tracking information

Late Package Arrival/Lost Parcels

  • Be aware that Desmo Times does not own any shipping companies. Should a package be mis-directed by the carrier, Desmo Times will initiate a search request. Additional packages will not be sent out until the tracking or the carrier has indicated that the package is lost. Refunds for lost packages will occur once the carrier has determined that the package is indeed lost. This may take several weeks upon Desmo Times initiating a search. These instances are very rare however. USPS has a 99% successful track record on any package that we have sent.

Tracking is sent to the customer at time of shipping. Customers are responsible for performing their own tracking. This is important for international shipments in case UPS or your postal carrier requires a signature or customs payments.
