11 Oz spray can. I use this in the workshop to lube parts that I want to LIGHTLY lube. In this fashion it is similar to WD-40, but is much slicker. It can be used as a degreaser/lubricator on engine cases and parts. When customer bikes come in their engines covered in oil/grease I clean it off with either WD-40 or Simple Green and then spray a coat of Teflon Multi-Use lube to prevent rust/corrosion.
Q: LT, You used to recommend the Teflon Dry Lube for chains. Do you recommend this product for chains?
A: The main use of this product is for rust prevention in that it leaves a wet film behind. On a chain, such a film would attract dust just like a chain wax would. However, it doesn’t provide the lubrication of a typical chain wax, such as the Bikemaster chain lube I sell here.
