Product Stockouts - The global economic slowdown has made it very difficult to obtain some products. I've found that vendors no longer want to keep any inventory on their shelves. That means when I place orders, delays have occured in getting the supplies in a timely fashion. I ship as soon as I receive the products, and any delays in shipment are due to logistics rather than tardiness on my part. Rest assured your order will go out the moment that I receive the products. I still manage to ship 90% all orders the day after an order is placed. Because of my limitations as a company of one, I don't have the wherewithal to respond to continuous queries of "is it in stock". If long stockouts are expected of more than a week, I typically indicate as much on the website for that product.

International Orders - I typically ship international orders the day after an order is placed. The method of shipment is USPS global priority mail. This provides delivery confirmation, but not tracking. It is the most cost-effective means of shipment. All international packages arrive via the postal service of your country. I have NO control over the customs inspections in other countries, and, as my POLICIES page indicates, international shipments CAN take from 2-4 weeks from the date of shipment. Unless you hear otherwise that your shipment was delayed on my end, assume that your package is either in customs or the hands of a postal carrier in either of our respective countries. If you desire quicker shipping, let me know PRIOR to your order, and I can ship via UPS or FEDEX. These shipping costs range from $60-$250 US based on location and weight. This cost is approximately 2 - 3 times the expense of USPS.
