Like the rest of the Ducati lineup, the OEM reservoir covers on MTS, 2004+ ST4S/ST3 and Streetfighter corrode. The result is peeled paint and pitted covers. The culprit is the material of the covers - inexpensive pot-metal. The solution is these billet anodized reservoir covers. The covers will NOT fit the 749/999.
